I can't get the application to find or download an update.

For MatterControl to access secure Internet sites (like the MatterControl server) properly, the tablet's time settings must be set to your local time.

1. Swipe down twice from the top right of the screen and choose the 'Settings' app.
2. On the left pane-- all the way at the bottom-- choose 'Date & time'.
3. Turn off 'Automatic time zone' and change the time zone to your time zone.
